<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission device which secures a predetermined brightness without being affected by the deterioration of a light emission layer or a temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The light emission device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a light emission element and a power supply line. As for the first transistor and the second transistor, both sources are connected to the power supply line, a gate of the first transistor is connected to a gate and a drain of the second transistor, a source of the third transistor is connected to the drain of the second transistor, the drain of the second transistor is connected to a pixel electrode of the light emission element, the first, second and third transistors operate in a saturation region and a period during which a drain of the first transistor is connected to a gate of the third transistor is provided in one frame period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
