PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance apparatus automatically setting a landmark.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance apparatus 100 has: a magnet 2 having a storage space storing a subject; a cradle 3a supporting the subject; a sheet 5 laid out on the cradle 3a; measurement means for measuring a distribution of a pressure applied on the sheet 5; setting means 92 for setting a landmark representing a position of a photographing region of the subject; and movement means 22 for moving the cradle 3a such that the photographing region of the subject moves into the storage space.
