The present invention relates to an elastic support for supporting operation tools used in a dental implant operation, which supports a periphery portion around an alveolar bone corresponding to the area from which a missed or damaged teeth is removed, such that apparatuses drilling or marking a position to be drilled can be accurately placed in the targeted alveolar bone, the elastic support comprising: a cylindrical silicon support having at the center a hollow part which has an inner diameter which slidingly supports the outer peripheral surface of a drill unit for drilling a alveolar bone or a marker pen marking the position to be drilled, with the inner diameter and the outer peripheral surface being in direct contact or having a gap in between; and a metal cap: to which the cylindrical silicon support is insertingly coupled to support the outer peripheral surface and one end surface of the cylindrical silicon support; has an outer casing portion supporting the outer peripheral surface thereof, the outer casing portion having an outer diameter corresponding to the mesiodistal of a teeth; and has a through hole formed on a cross-surface covering portion supporting the one-end cross-surface, the through hole having an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the cylindrical silicon support. |
