PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose amplifier.SOLUTION: The amplifier according to the present invention includes: a transistor chip 30; a matching chip 16 including a capacitor group 24 having a plurality of MIM capacitors formed of a lower electrode, a dielectric and an upper electrode; a bonding wire 42 connecting the transistor chip 30 and the upper electrode of any one of the MIM capacitors of the capacitor group 24 to transmit a high frequency signal; and a case 12 housing the transistor chip 30 and the matching chip 16. The lower electrodes of the plurality of MIM capacitors are grounded, and capacitance values of the MIM capacitors of the capacitor group 24 are different from each other. |
