摘要
本发明系一种放射侦检信号之处理方法,提出以一周期信号控制积分器电容充放电时间之方法,可应用于计算一事件(Event)发生时加马光入射光子之能量大小,同时降低无感时间(Dead Time),提高计数率。本发明将积分器电容充放电的控制信号改由周期信号控制,无需依事件之触发时间来控制积分器电容开始充放电之时间,与用技术相较,本专利优点为无需精准控制积分器电容充放电之时间,控制方式与电路架构较知者为简单,可防止以延迟元件延迟触发信号来控制电容充放电时间时,若解析度不足所造成积分结果之误差。
