The present disclosure relates to a solid-state image capture element and electronic device such that luminance value linearity can be improved. A dynamic range widening unit (118) expands the dynamic range of pixel values for each of a plurality of pixels on the basis of pixel values with different exposure times. An integration unit (119) integrates the pixel values whereof the dynamic ranges have been expanded by the dynamic range widening unit (118) and generates a luminance value. It would be possible, as an example, to apply the present disclosure to such as a Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor which is used in measuring luminance.
