According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a low temperature salt bath heat treatment method, as a surface heat treatment method for partially curing the surface of a product to be processed through heat treatment, comprising: a plating step of plating a first metal layer on the surface of a product to be processed; a partial stripping step of partially stripping the first metal layer; a heat treatment step of heat treating the product to be processed at 400-500°C for a predetermined time; and a total stripping step of stripping the entire first metal layer. Therefore, heat treatment can be carried out while minimizing the deterioration of corrosion resistance through low temperature heat treatment.
