<p>The invention relates to a slave cylinder for a hydraulic disengagement arrangement for operating a clutch, having a cylindrical housing (1) and a cylindrical guide tube (3) arranged concentrically thereto and radially spaced therefrom, which between them form an annular pressure chamber (4) in which an annular piston (5) is arranged so as to be axially displaceable. The annular piston has a sealing ring (6) on the face facing towards the pressure chamber. The sealing ring has an axially running sealing region (11). An outer annular part (17) is arranged between the outside of the sealing region and the cylindrical inner face of the housing. An inner annular part (18) is correspondingly arranged between the inside of the sealing region and the cylindrical outer face of the guide tube. As a result, when pressure acts on the sealing ring, the sealing region is supported by way of the outer annular part at the inner face of the housing and by way of the inner annular part at the outside of the guide tube.</p> |
