<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of toner including a step of removing a volatile component by heating and agitating a suspension liquid of toner particles in an agitation vessel, the method for preventing adhesion of toner particles on an agitation shaft and a shaft sealing member installed in the agitation vessel, and to provide a production apparatus used for the step of removing a volatile component, the apparatus preventing adhesion of toner particles on an agitation shaft and a shaft sealing member. <P>SOLUTION: Adhesion of toner particles to an agitation shaft and to a shaft sealing member in a step of removing a volatile component is prevented by using a production apparatus having an adhesion preventing member disposed in a lower part of an agitation blade to enclose the agitation shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
