PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seasoning charging device, in the case spice, various powders and seasoning are charged into a charging tank, where the generation of dust is prevented, the operation can be safely and efficiently be performed, further, the visual measurement of the spice, various powders and seasoning to form into dust is prevented, the installing of dedicated devices for dust treatment is needless, and operators can be healthy operated.SOLUTION: The seasoning charging device is composed of: a seasoning charging hopper with an exhausting tube charging a seasoning fitted to the charging mouth of a charging tank into the charging tank; an injection nozzle fitted in such a manner that the tip part is located at the inside of the seasoning charging hopper, and capable of exhausting the seasoning charged to the seasoning charging hopper from the exhausting tube in a suction state; and a water feeder of feeding water injected from the injection nozzle and dissolved with the seasoning to the injection nozzle. |
