<p>This invention relates to the treatment of respiratory disorders, and in particular respiratory disorders and oedema caused by pathogenic infections. In particular, the invention relates to orally administrable pharmaceutical compositions for treating respiratory disorders, and to methods of such treatment. The invention is particularly concerned with the treatment of respiratory disorders that are caused by viral infections, such as with influenza viral strains. The invention also extends to analgesic compositions and methods for treating inflammatory pain manifesting in a variety of diseases, and not only respiratory diseases.</p> |
