The thermoelectric material according to the present invention includes a matrix with Cu and Se, a Cu containing particle, and an Ag containing structure. The Cu containing particle is a nanoparticle. The Ag containing structure is a structure of a micrometer size. The matrix includes a plurality of crystals of Cu and Se and a plurality of crystals of Cu, Ag, and Se. |
