<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator comprising an agitation shaft which does not run short of a twisting resistance and a deflection resistance to an axial direction even when a driving torque increases, and in addition, which hardly receives injury but is capable of improving endurance.SOLUTION: A torque tube 11 of an agitation shaft 10 comprises a tubular laminate 23 formed by stacking at least a torque transmission layer 22A and a protective layer 22B which are reinforced fiber resin layers 22. An orientation angleαof the reinforced fiber 21 of the torque transmission layer 22A is set to be in a range of +-22.5° to +-67.5° relative to a shaft center 12 of the agitation shaft 10, and an orientation angleαof the reinforced fiber 21 of the protective layer 22B is set to be in a range of +-60° to +-89° relative to the shaft center 12 of the agitation shaft 10. In addition, carbon fiber and glass fiber are included in the reinforced fiber 21 of the torque transmission layer 22A, and (the fiber volume ratio of the carbon fiber)/(the fiber volume ratio of the glass fiber) is set to be in a range of 2/13 to 1.</p> |
