<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor which allows an area of a non-active area to be reduced and has high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel sensor 30 includes a transparent base film 32, a transparent conductor 40 provided on one surface 32a of the base film, and an extraction conductor 43 provided on a part of the transparent conductor separated from the base film.
