<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loss of light. <P>SOLUTION: A spectral device 1 comprises: a spectral part 5 comprising a dichroic mirror array 21 with a plurality of dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>disposed therein, each having a different wavelength band characteristic from others, and a reflection member 23 opposing the dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>in substantially parallel; and a photomultiplier tube 2 comprising a photoelectric surface 7 that photoelectrically converts transmitted light from the dichroic mirror array 21, a plurality of channels C<SB POS="POST">m</SB>provided correspondingly to the respective dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>, and a plurality of anodes 14 provided correspondingly to the respective channels C<SB POS="POST">m</SB>. The spectral part 5 further comprises a light-transmitting block 20 made of a light-transmitting material between the dichroic mirror array 21 and the reflection member 23.
