<p>A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided in which it is determined, by a first device, if a transmission using a second frequency band to a second device will result in a parameter exceeding a threshold value, and content is either transmitted using a first frequency band upon a determination that the transmission to the second device will result in the parameter exceeding the threshold, or transmitted using the first frequency band and a second frequency band upon a determination that the transmission to the second device will result in the parameter not exceeding the threshold, wherein the first and second frequency bands are different.</p> |
