摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a micro smart grid simulator using MEMS technology and a simulation method thereof. The simulator according to the present invention can test and observe a smart grid system quickly and safely, by utilizing MEMS technology instead of electrical devices used in a conventional smart grid system to model micro electrical devices having characteristics identical to those of the electrical devices in the conventional smart grid system and realize characteristics of a smart grid system within a remarkably reduced space and generate artificial fault events under various conditions. Accordingly, various configurations of a smart grid system are possible, with low cost and small space requirements, since the components of the smart grid system can be installed or removed easily and freely.</p>
