<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for detecting the position of obstacles and a method and a system for assisting parking and, more specifically, to a technology for detecting the position of obstacles by comparing the traveling distance of direct and indirect signals. According to the present invention, the device for detecting the position of obstacles comprises: two or more sensors to transmit signals in different positions and to receive signals as the signals reflected from obstacles; a traveling distance calculation part to calculate the traveling distance of direct and indirect signals received in a first sensor; and a position determination part to determine the position of the obstacles by comparing the traveling distance of the direct and indirect signals based on the calculation result from the traveling distance calculation part.</p> |
