<p>The present invention relates to an implant having a bone forming material. A channel accommodating the bone forming material inside is formed, and the bone is formed inside the channel and grows as the bone forming material is slowly discharged to the outside while both ends of the channel are located on the implant surface. According to the present invention, the implant surface is not attached, but the bone grows inside the implant so that strong binding power is formed between the transplanted implant and the existing bone.</p> |
