A QR code for counterfeit and forgery prevention, a system for automatically producing QR codes for counterfeit and forgery prevention and an operating method therefor are provided by comprising: a data area (22) made by arrangement of a plurality of cells having a color contrasting with the background and where randomized code information is converted and recorded; and position finding symbols (21) formed on three edges of the four edges of a QR code (20). The information recorded in the data area (22) is a randomized character string having a first length. When the information of the data area (22) is read by a mobile communication terminal with a QR code scan application installed or a scanner having the function of scanning QR code connected to a computer device, the mobile communication terminal or the computer device is able to approach a data processing database called by the information of the QR code, and the screen of the mobile communication terminal or the computer device displays the information of records related to the randomized code information of the QR code among a plurality of records saved in the data processing database in a proper output form. |
