摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of detecting fluidization of liquid such as liquid fuel with an inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: A fuel circulation path 31 is connected to a fuel battery 2, and liquid fuel circulating through the fuel circulation path 31 is supplied to the fuel battery. An electrode part 8 is interposed at a middle part of the fuel circulation path 31. An inlet 84 into which the liquid fuel flows from the fuel circulation path 31, and an outlet 85 from which the liquid fuel flows to the fuel circulation path 31 are formed on a side wall 82 of the electrode part 8. Also, a partition wall 87 stands on a bottom face 86 of the electrode part 8. An interior space 90 of the electrode part 8 is partitioned into an inlet side space 91 on the inlet 84 side and an outlet side space 92 on the outlet 85 side by the partition wall 87. The inlet side space 91 and the outlet side space 92 are communicated with each other above the partition wall 87. Electrodes 93, 94 are respectively housed in the inlet side space 91 and the outlet side space 92.
