PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound machine capable of improving data security in a hard disk drive while securing convenience of a user.SOLUTION: A security processor includes: a position information acquirement means 402 for acquiring first present position information of compound machine 100 and second present position information of HDD; a position information determination means 403 for executing a first determination of whether or not the first present position information and first registration position information match and a second determination of whether or not the second present position information and the second registration position information match; and a start permission means 404 for starting the compound machine body and the HDD when the first determination and the second determination match, starting only the compound machine body when the first determination or the second determination match, and not starting the compound machine 100 and the HDD when the first determination and the second determination are unmatched as result of determination.
