PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack capable of homogeneously mixing food materials in a short time.SOLUTION: A rack 30 for entangling food materials in a rolling motion with drum rotation includes: a frame part 30a in an approximately square frame shape in the plane view; a pair of stationary portions 30b disposed on two sides opposite to each other of the frame part 30a; and a plurality of sushi rice-cutting parts 30c which are disposed inside of the frame part 30a and extend in the long side direction or in the short side direction of the frame 30a. The sushi rice-cutting parts 30c have a flat-shaped single stage structure without a portion projecting upward or downward from the frame part 30a, when the rack 30 is viewed from the side direction. Further, the central part of the rack 30 has a coarser density of the sushi rice-cutting parts 30c compared with the other part. |
