FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation of pipelines and circular butts of tanks, particularly, to pipeline joints and can be used for construction and repair of pipelines. Method of antirust protection of pipeline weld comprises placing of jar washer in weld zone and in adjacent sections of internal protective sections. Said jar washer comprises fusible insert secured in the groove by heat-resistant material and composed of weld wire fitted in central circular groove. Sealing elements are fitted in circular grooves made on opposite sides from central circular groove Note here that jar washer is used with sealing elements made from thermally expanding polymer and fitted in grooves along with elastic seals.EFFECT: higher reliability of joint.3 cl, 1 dwg |
