<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display of a large area top emission type. An organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention includes a substrate which includes a display region where pixel regions are defined by a matrix method and a non-display region arranged around the display region; an anode electrode which has an island shape in each of the pixel regions; a sub cathode electrode which is separated from the anode electrode by a constant distance and is arranged on the entire display region; an organic light emitting layer stacked on the anode electrode; an electronic layer which has a thickness of 2 nm to 20 nm to cover the entire display region on the organic light emitting layer and the sub cathode electrode; and a cathode electrode which covers the entire display region on the electronic layer.</p> |
