<p>Provided in an aspect of the present invention is a solar cell substrate which not only improves the insulation properties by absorption of coated molten glass into a protruding structure by an oxide layer having the protruding structure on one surface of a base material, but also has excellent quality by having flat surface of a glass layer. Also, provided are a solar cell substrate which is proper in mass production by enabling continuous production, has less defection, and has excellent quality, and a manufacturing method thereof.</p> |
