A battery assembly of an electronic cigarette used to be combined with an atomization assembly to form the electronic cigarette. An atomizer of the electronic cigarette is provided with a magnetic material containing to-be-identified information, and a magnetic information identification circuit is disposed on the battery assembly. The magnetic information identification circuit is used for obtaining the to-be-identified information, and when it is determined that the to-be-identified information matches preset information, the magnetic information identification circuit is used for controlling a circuit between the battery assembly and the atomization assembly to be conducted so that the electronic cigarette normally works. That is, the electronic cigarette has an identification function, and only can be normally used when the battery assembly of the electronic cigarette matches the atomization assembly, thereby avoiding the problems of heating, leakage and the like of the battery caused by unmatched use of the battery assembly of the electronic cigarette and the atomization assembly. In addition, the present invention also avoids poor user experience because an existing battery assembly and an existing atomization assembly are randomly combined to use, different tobacco tar tastes are mixed and battery assemblies and atomization assemblies from different factories are mixed. |
