<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidizing coating agent capable of being easily coated on an intended substrate, giving a coated film laminated on a substrate with good adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The deoxidizing coating agent comprises an organic deoxidant, a polyolefin resin containing a unit comprising an olefinic hydrocarbon unit and an amino group, an acidic compound and an aqueous medium.
