<p>The invention relates to methods, systems and a computer-readable medium to simulate data packets traffic in a test simulation environment. The method for using the data for changing the predetermined encryption keys consists in generating, prior to the initiation of an Internet testing session using the security protocol (IPsec), a private key and a public key with a traffic emulation device, storing the private key and the public key in a local storage unit associated to the traffic emulation device, retrieving the private key and the public key from the local storage unit, initiating the testing session using the security protocol (IPsec) between the traffic emulation device and a device under test (DUT) and generating a shared secret key using the private key retrieved and a public key received from the device under test (DUT). The system for using the predetermined encryption keys data in a test simulation environment comprises a device under test (DUT) configured to generate a public key and to be subjected to an Internet testing session under the security protocol (IPsec), a traffic emulation device configured to generate a private key and a public key, to store the said keys in a local storage unit, to retrieve the said keys from the local storage unit and to generate a shared secret key using the private key retrieved and a public key received from the device under test (DUT).</p> |
