<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display device and electronic equipment capable of obtaining excellent display quality by suppressing display unevenness.SOLUTION: An electrophoretic display device includes: a first substrate 1; an electrophoretic layer 11 disposed on one side of the first substrate 1; and a refractive index variation layer 12 disposed on an opposite side to the first substrate 1 of the electrophoretic layer 11, the refractive index variation layer 12 with a refractive index gradually changing larger as alienated from the electrophoretic layer 11 in a thickness direction of the electrophoretic layer 11.</p> |
