<p>The present invention relates to a floor material transfer pipe for a power plant with improved heat resistance and wear resistance which can be used as a floor material transfer pipe of a thermoelectric power plant. As a floor material transfer pipe of a thermoelectric power plant, an inner layer consists of a material such as polyketone, polybutene-1, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, etc. with excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, and an outer layer consists of high density polyethylene. In the middle of the same, an adhesive layer consists of amination maleic anhydride modified resin whose adhesion is improved as an amine component reacts with maleic anhydride modified polyolefin resin (MA-PO) with excellent adhesion with respect to polybutene-1 (butene-1 and ethylene copolymer) or polyketone (ethylene, propylene, and carbon monoxide copolymer). A synthetic resin pipe having a multi-layer pipe (2 or 3 layer pipe) structure is manufactured thereby, the replacement time of a floor material synthetic resin pipe for a thermoelectric power plant is extended. Moreover, the thickness of a transfer pipe is reduced, thereby constructability is improved when a pipe is installed. Therefore, a floor material transfer pipe of a thermoelectric power plant has effects of saving costs of thermal power generation, and improving capacity utilization of a thermoelectric power plant.</p> |
