<p>The present invention relates to a high-temperature and high-pressure insulation gasket with a sealing sheet, which comprises: a stainless disc having glass reinforced epoxy (GRE)-made insulation support plates attached to both surfaces thereof; a primary sealing member with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEF)-made shell having a reinforced spring mounted therein; and a secondary sealing member with a metal disc processed concentrically and having a mica sheet as a high-temperature inorganic sheet. The high-temperature and high-pressure insulation gasket according to the present invention is capable of preventing a secondary damage due to the loss of a fluid in case of fire by having the primary sealing member, and is capable of having a sealing performance and an insulating performance at a high temperature by having the secondary sealing member to complement weakness that the sealing performance of the primary sealing member is deteriorated by thermal deformation caused in the primary sealing member by the high temperature, thereby widely applying the high-temperature and high-pressure insulation gasket to various fields such as a valve bonnet, a tube flange, a heat exchanger or a pressure vessel.</p> |
