PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for high quality transmission of a part of moving image data in an environment of streaming transmission of the moving image data.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 10 acquires the moving image data. A first transmitter unit 30 streaming transmits the acquired moving image data. A first acceptance unit 18 accepts a first instruction related to timing to start recording the acquired moving image data. A continuous recording unit 32, on accepting the first instruction, continuously records the acquired moving image data. A second acceptance unit 20 accepts a second instruction related to timing to complete the continuous recording of the moving image data. A second transmitter unit 38 performs FTP transmission of the recorded moving image data on which the continuous recording is completed by the acceptance of the second instruction. |
