PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic detector capable of detecting each position of two detection objects with a small number of components.SOLUTION: A magnetic position detector comprises: a first magnet 11 that is displaced between a first position and a second position; a second magnet 21 that is displaced between a third position and a fourth position; and a sensor chip 5 that is provided between the first magnet and the second magnet and outputs a signal corresponding to a direction of a magnetic field. In the sensor chip 5, with respect to the magnetic fields that are formed respectively by the first magnet 11 located at the first position, the first magnet 11 located at the second position, the second magnet 21 located at the third position and the second magnet 21 located at the fourth position, all directions are made different. |
