PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock terminal voltage measurement instrument which is capable of measuring a voltage applied to a lock terminal, in a short time without repeating a loosening operation and a tightening operation on a lock screw.SOLUTION: A lock terminal voltage measurement instrument includes: a cylindrical insulating cover 2 capable of covering portions located on the front side of a board surface 101, of paired lock terminals 110; a first movable contact part 3 which is brought into contact with a conductive shaft part 111A of one lock terminal when the insulating cover 2 is attached to the lock terminals; a second movable contact part 4 which is brought into contact with a conductive shaft part 111B of the another lock terminal when the insulating cover 2 is attached to the lock terminals; an earth contact part 5 which is brought into contact with an earth part 117 of the board surface 101 when the insulating cover 2 is attached to the lock terminals; a first output terminal part 6 which has one end electrically connected to the first movable contact part 3 and has the another electrically connected to the earth contact part 5; and a second output terminal part 9 which has one end electrically connected to the second movable contact part 4 and has the another electrically connected to the earth contact part 5.
