<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit or the like operated by a ZVS. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit includes: a first reactor L1 connected between a power-supply potential node and an output-potential node; a first switch S1 connected between the output-potential node and a ground-potential node connected on the low-potential side of a DC power supply 11; a first capacitor C3 connected in parallel with the first switch S1 between the output-potential node and the ground-potential node; a second reactor L2 and a second switch S2 connected in parallel with the first reactor L1 and mutually connected in series between the power-supply potential node and the output-potential node; a second capacitor C2 connected in parallel with the first switch S1 and the first capacitor C3 between the output-potential node and the ground-potential node; and a switch control circuit configured so as to inhibit the state change of the first switch S1 when the reduction state of a voltage between both ends of the first switch S1 is decided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
