The present invention relates to a system and a method to manage objectives of individual branches. The present invention requests a feasibility assessment of objective information on which the uniqueness and environmental factors of each individual branch are reflected by being set by the individual branch and is able to accurately and efficiently establish the objective of a whole headquarter and the objective of each individual branch through the feasibility assessment. For the forementioned, the system includes: a branch terminal which receives an input of objective information including the objective of each item of an individual branch and reasons of setting the objective and transmits the inputted objective information for a feasibility assessment of the objective information; an objective management server which receives and stores the objective information in a database and requests a feasibility assessment of the objective information; and a branch top terminal which assesses the objective information inputted from the branch terminal by the feasibility assessment request and transmits the assessment result to the branch terminal through the objective management server. |
