PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet having high strength, high conductivity and excellent stress relaxation characteristic.SOLUTION: There is provided the copper alloy sheet which is a rolled material containing 0.005 to 0.05 mass% of Zr and the balance copper with inevitable impurities and has 1000//mmor less of particles having a diameter of 2μm or more observed in a rolling face after heating the rolled material at 950°C for 30 minutes and cooling it.
