The present invention relates to an automotive security photographing system installed on a main road or in a location which requires security and recognizing and photographing a vehicle and, more particularly, to an automotive security photographing system which is capable of improving the recognition rate of a target vehicle in detecting a vehicle by using a laser beam and is capable of simultaneously detecting an object and a velocity of the object through a device. The automotive security photographing system of the present invention comprises: a vehicle detection device which is fixated to a location separated apart from the ground surface and detects an object and a velocity of a target vehicle by irradiating at least two lasers towards the ground surface; a photographing device which photographs a target vehicle by being operated by a detected signal of the vehicle detection device and recognizes a license number from the photographed image; and a central control center which receives the photographed image signal and recognized license number by communicating with at least one photographing device for data, and manages and monitors vehicle monitoring data including the image signal and license number.
