<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for replacing bricks of a coke oven carbonization chamber for the repairing of a wall of a carbonization chamber of a chamber coke oven while still hot, in which bricks in the ceiling of the coke oven are still held horizontally while bricks are stacked, and the bricks can be held horizontally even after increased temperature. <P>SOLUTION: When the replacement of the bricks of the carbonization chamber including the bricks in the ceiling of the carbonization chamber of the coke oven is carried out while still hot so that the bricks in the ceiling of the carbonization chamber are still held horizontally, the bricks are stacked while measuring an expansion in an oven height direction of the stacked bricks, and the contraction rate of contractible mortar is changed based on an estimation of a residual expansion amount after increased temperature calculated from the expansion amount during stacking of the bricks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
