Disclosed is an air conditioner for vehicles to ensure the constant operation force of a temperature control door and to reduce the temperature variation of air conditioning air. The air conditioner for vehicles comprises: an air conditioning case having an air inlet around the inlet, an air outlet around the outlet, and an air passage inside; a cooling unit and a heating unit installed on the air passage of the air conditioning case; the temperature control door installed between the cooling unit and the heating unit to adjust the opening of a cold air passage bypassing the heating unit and a hot air passage passing through the heating unit; and a guide part installed between the cooling unit and the heating unit to partially guide the air, which has passed through the cooling unit, to the heating unit. Therefore, the air conditioner for vehicles makes an operation force uniform when a user operates the temperature control door; reduces the temperature variation of discharged air; and eliminates the use of a space for installing an additional actuator without an increase in production costs.
