<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a surfactant composition that has low stringing properties, wherein the stringing is prevented which is more likely to occur in the surfactant composition that contains a cationic polymer. <P>SOLUTION: The surfactant composition contains an anion surfactant (a), an ampholytic surfactant (b), a polymer (c) having a cationic group, and water. The method of producing the surfactant composition includes: a step (1) of mixing the component (a) with the component (b) to obtain a surfactant mixture; a step (2) of mixing the component (c) with the water to obtain 5 mass% or lower of a polymer dispersion; and a step (3) of mixing the surfactant mixture with the polymer dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
