The present invention relates to an up-down geared motor of a heat treatment device comprising: a worm shaft which is embedded inside a gear box and installed on a motor shaft of a motor; a worm wheel which is installed on the input gear shaft to rotate and gear-coupled with the worm shaft; an output gear which is coupled with both ends of an output shaft of a third deceleration unit such that a rotation force of the output shaft is transferred to an accupressure unit gear of an accupressure unit and an accupressure tool is moved up and down, wherein the worm wheel is made of an engineering plastic material. Since the worm wheel is made of an engineering plastics material, an overall weight of the geared motor is decreased, workability of the worm wheel is improved, wear resistance and durability are increased, and impact and noise absorption properties are promoted. Therefore, a noise is minimized while the operation power of the motor is delivered to the worm shaft and the worm wheel, thereby improving quality of a product, and enabling a heat treatment to be performed in a silent environment. Also, since a ratio between gear pitches of a gear of the worm shaft and a worm wheel is 1:2 to 1:3, a problem that one of the worm shaft and the worm wheel is damaged sooner than the other is prevented thanks to the optimized pitch ratio of the gears. |
