<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide an air pit slab capable of increasing the exhaust performance of poisonous gas generated due to fire or polluted air at the time of operation of a vehicle by reducing friction between a concrete panel and air using an air current groove formed on the concrete panel at the time of construction of air pit slab for installing a ventilation facility on a tunnel or a underground road way, and production and construction methods thereof. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the air pit slab comprises: a concrete panel with the predetermined width and thickness; an air current groove integrally formed on an upper surface of the concrete panel; and shear grooves formed on both ends of the concrete panels in a predetermined shape. Moreover, to achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the air pit slab includes: arranging a mold in a predetermined shape; pouring concrete in the mold; and manufacturing an air pit slab with the predetermined thickness and width. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the method for constructing the air pit slab includes: forming protrusions on both sides of a concrete lining in a tunnel; and fixing and installing an air pit slab on the protrusions.</p> |
