PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system, a server device and a program capable of appropriately visualizing environmental factors in a target space while keeping cost for sensor installation low.SOLUTION: A display system comprises a sensor, a server device and a terminal device. The server device performs local regression of an environmental factor in a predetermined space from a measurement value measured by the sensor to calculate a predicted value for the environmental factor in the predetermined space, and transmits display information showing the calculation result to the terminal device. The terminal device displays the display information received from the server device.
