PURPOSE:To attain high speed operation by distributing an input data so as to apply arithmetic operation only to an input data relating to the result of final arithmetic operation among the high speed sample data so as to attain the operation of product sum in parallel thereby decreasing the number of time of arithmetic operations. CONSTITUTION:An analog/digital converter 2 for an input signal, a counter 400 frequency-dividing a sampling clock, a data distributer 500 distributing sequentially the output of the analog/digital converter 2 in response to the output of the counter 400, plural product sum arithmetic circuits 350-353 adding integratingly products between a predetermined tap coefficient and an output of the data distributer 500, and adders 33-35 adding output of the plural product sum arithmetic circuits 350-353 to make the result as the final output are provided. Since the digital data subject to A/D conversion is distributed by the data distributer and each product sum arithmetic operation circuit applies parallel processing to the distributed data, the product sum operation for the required data only is executed finally.
