PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid sag onto an electronic circuit board from a nozzle tip for a coating liquid before or after spraying with a coating agent.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises: a coating gun on which a nozzle to spray a coating liquid out of the tip is mounted; a coating gun holding part to move the coating gun so that the nozzle may move in a plane direction with respect to a coating treatment object arrangement surface and in a direction to contact and separate the coating treatment object arrangement surface; a liquid sag prevention part that has a liquid receiving part to make a transition of a receiving state that the liquid receiving part receives the coating liquid out of the tip and a stand-by state that the liquid receiving part does not receive the coating liquid out of the tip; and a control part that controls the liquid receiving part to make the receiving state when the tip is positioned at least immediately above the coating treatment object to discharge no coating liquid out of the tip and controls the liquid receiving part to make the stand-by state when discharging the coating liquid out of the tip.
