<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel capable of suppressing an increase in the number of members and construction labor when the heat insulation panel is attached to lathing and capable of hardly causing a decrease in durability even in outdoor use.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation panel 4 of the present invention, a core material 3 is infilled between two metal skins 1 and 2. The heat insulation panel 4 comprises a first substrate 5a that is provided at one end, and a second substrate 5b that is provided at the other end. The first substrate 5a has a first stationary part 52a that protrudes toward the outside of the heat insulation panel 4.
