<p>The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antioxidant agent using a bamboo leaf extract. More specifically, the loss of active ingredients in bamboo leaves is prevented so that extraction yield and the purity of an antibacterial and antioxidant material are improved. The bamboo leaf extract of the antibacterial and antioxidant agent of the present invention is obtained by sequentially dipping, drying, pulverizing, and thermally plasticizing washed bamboo leaves, by adding the same in water mixed with alcohol, citric acid, salt, and vinegar, by adding cellulase, lipase, vitamins, calcium, and magnesium, by performing enzyme decomposition, and by extracting active ingredients.</p> |
