<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnostic method of resin-coated rope applied to a well-rope type elevator and an elevator device suitable for the rope deterioration diagnostic method.SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnostic method of rope used as main rope in an elevator device in which a car and a counter weight are friction-driven in a well rope style detects a first local aging elongation of a part of the rope through which a traction sheave, a sash pulley and a deflector sheave pass, detects a second local aging elongation of a part of the rope through which a traction sheave, a sash pulley and a deflector sheave do not pass, and, compares the first elongation with the second elongation to diagnose rope deterioration.</p> |
